additional remarks In the game Dynamic Fly, two types of model aircraft will be made. There are orders for these products from customers who have laid down requirements regarding quality, cost and delivery times. In the game you will have the opportunity to practice your communication skills in a realistic situation. You will play the part of an aircraft company employee and will be required to tackle a complex project with many challenges at various different interpersonal levels. Simultaneously you will receive feedback from the group on your conduct and the effect it has. As regards content you will be involved in the complete communication cycle; from agreeing objectives through delegating tasks, control, recognition and criticism to dealing with conflicts. The focus of this seminar is on constructive feedback on one's own conduct in interpersonal situations within a project. You will find out from your team and the trainer what effect your conduct has on others. This Social Competence workshop is a two-unit workshop (SOK-SOK) and lasts for a total of eight hours.
