Die Entwicklungen rund um Covid-19 beeinflussen unser Leben im Moment in vielen Bereichen. Sie schränken uns in der gewohnten Lebensführung ein und erfordern durch die vermehrte Arbeit von zuhause mehr denn je ein hohes Maß an Selbstmanagement. Dieses eLearning liefert Ihnen das nötige Wissen, Theorien und hilfreiche Methoden in diesem Bereich. Zudem begleitet es Sie bei der Umsetzung und dem Transfer in Ihren Alltag. So entwickeln Sie Ihre persönlichen Strategien, um produktiv und motiviert durch die Krise zu kommen. Wir haben in diesem Kurs eine breite Auswahl an Themen für Sie zusammengestellt, wie beispielsweise Ressourcen- und Netzwerkmanagement, Tipps zur Erhaltung der Motivation, das Entwickeln einer Tagesstruktur, die Organisation im Home Office und dem Verfolgen von gesetzten Zielen. Ebenso sind Aspekte aus dem Bereich der Resilienz – Stärkung der inneren Widerstandsfähigkeit – integriert. Sie wählen aus einem breiten Angebot Ihrem eigenen Interessensfokus entsprechend sechs Bereiche aus und bearbeiten diese dann im eLearning. Begleitend gestalten Sie ein Portfolio und reichen dieses online im Moodle-Kurs ein. Ziel ist es, dass Sie sich in diesem Kurs entsprechend Ihrer Interessen, mit verschiedenen Themen aus dem Bereich Selbstkompetenz beschäftigen und entsprechende Prozesse reflektieren.
