|additional remarks||In order to be confident when dealing with clients, colleagues and business partners, one requires a knowledge of established behavior in business. This workshop will show you how you can quickly and easily learn the etiquette which is specific to individual countries, which special factors should be considered, and which gestures and patterns of behavior you would be better to abandon. As an employee, who observes business etiquette, you will be in great demand for highly responsible tasks such as product presentations and negotiations. This workshop has been designed for flipped learning, i.e. an online Moodle unit giving information relating to specific countries (c. 2 hours) will help you to prepare for the attendance workshop (c. 2 hours) which will provide you with the possibility to share intercultural experience and discuss the material which was presented in the Moodle unit.|
