additional remarks | In this fopra we will simulate the protein folding process of poly-Alanine and Chignolin using Amber molecular dynamics package. Different folding stages are expected to be observed and they will be analyzed using different approaches commonly used in the molecular dynamics research field. *The fopra will be held in English |
