additional remarks This course is offered in German only. Die Bearbeitung des Kurses dauert vier Wochen und wird in einem festgesetzten Zeitraum durchgeführt. Sie können zwischen zwei Zeiträumen wählen. Bitte melden Sie sich zu der entsprechenden Gruppe über TUMonline an. Emotionen beeinflussen unser Handeln und unser Miteinander. Je besser wir unsere Emotionen und die anderer erkennen, desto eher können wir diese Informationen in das Treffen von Entscheidungen sowie den Umgang mit anderen einfließen lassen. Die Corona Krise stellt uns vor neue Herausforderungen, in denen wir mit Emotionen umgehen müssen. In diesem Kurs setzen Sie sich mit verschiedenen Fragen auseinander, die auch im direkten Bezug zur aktuellen Situation stehen: - Wie erkenne ich meine eigenen Emotionen? - Wie erkenne ich, woher meine Emotionen kommen? - Welche Strategien kann ich anwenden, um meine Emotionen zu regulieren? - Wie drücke ich meine Emotionen angemessen aus? - Wie erkenne ich Emotionen in anderen? - Wie gehe ich mit einer Person um, die gerade starke Emotionen durchlebt, zum Beispiel in einem emotionalen Gespräch? Ablauf: Die Bearbeitungszeit des eLearnings beträgt vier Wochen. Es ist dabei in verschiedenen Phasen unterteilt. 1. Individuelle Bearbeitung der Stufen 1-2 im Moodle Kurs (7 Tage) 2. Übungsphase zu den Stufen 1-2 (5 Tage) 3. Individuelle Bearbeitung der Stufen 3-5 im Moodle Kurs (7 Tage) 4. Übungsphase zu den Stufen 3-5 (5 Tage) 5. Abschlussreflexion im Moodle Kurs (4 Tage)
