additional remarks | This lab course is aimed to give the students an introduction to some important concepts used in the field of nonlinear dynamics. With a simple set-up using a number of conventional metronomes, the phenomenon of synchronization is illustrated and investigated. The computational approach in the second part of the lab course allows the students to learn about the topic even further. |
