Where to play, how to win - what competencies are needed to know where and how technologies and innovations are introduced into product development? How can I specifically promote my own innovativeness? And what topics does a high-tech portfolio company deal with? In this seminar, you will experience the topic of innovation and product management embedded in the design thinking process in a mix of soft skills, business administration and mechanical engineering and develop innovative ideas for and with Carl Zeiss AG. In the two-day event, you will spend one day at TUM, one at Carl Zeiss AG in Oberkochen. Contents: - Strategic innovation & product management - what is it? How does it work?
