additional remarks In diesem Workshop setzen Sie sich mit folgenden Themen auseinander: - Was sind Kompetenzen und wie kann ich sie erwerben? - Wie werden Kompetenzen gemessen und welche Kompetenzen sind gefragt in der Personalauswahl? - Was ist ein Assessment Center und wie kann ich mich darauf vorbereiten? - Welche Stationen habe ich in meinem Leben durchlaufen? Welche Ziele setze ich mir für die Zukunft? Dieses Wissen wenden Sie in verschiedenen Übungen aus dem Kontext der Personalauswahl wie Selbstpräsentation, Interviews, Gruppendiskussion und Konstruktionsaufgaben an. Dabei erhalten Sie Feedback von Ihren Kommilitonen. Am Ende verfügen Sie über ein vollständiges Kompetenzprofil.
