additional remarks Ziel der Vorlesung ist es physikalische Grundlagen zu erarbeiten, die es erlauben die Struktur, Funktion und Mechanik von Zellen zu verstehen. Die hoch viskose Umgebung von Zellen bestimmt nicht nur Transportprozesse und chemische Reaktionen, sondern hat auch Konsequenzen für das diskoelastische Verhalten der Zellen. In diesem Rahmen werden folgende Themenkomplexe bearbeitet: Leben bei kleinen Reynoldszahlen: Navier Stokes Gleichung Leben in 2D: Physik von Lipid Membranen Elastizität von Molekülen und Netzwerken Viskoelastisches Verhalten von Polymerlösungen Mischungen - Phasenseparation Mechanische Interaktionen von Zellen mit ihrer Umgebung: Mechanosensing
