| additional remarks | Bei ihrer Entstehung mussten die Menschenrechte gegen die Machtinteressen absolutistischer Staaten erkämpft werden. Wie ist es heutzutage? Menschenrechte, die in der Menschenwürde wurzeln, sind in den westlichen Staaten zwar etabliert, aber durch Big Data und die damit gegebene maschinelle Intelligenz ernsthaft gefährdet. Informationseliten, die über unsere Daten und über Schlüsseltechnologien verfügen, bedrohen die persönliche Freiheit. Sicher gibt es dazu bessere Vorschläge als den von Enzensberger: „Werft Eure Handys weg!“ Ferner wird die Frage nach dem Verhältnis von Mensch und Maschine zunehmend brisant: Ist die Entwicklung der künstlichen Intelligenz in der Lage, den Menschen als Gattungswesen abzulösen, oder ist die Menschenwürde des Menschen im Vergleich zur künstlichen Intelligenz eines Cyborgs inkommensurabel? Neben dem die westlichen Demokratien bedrohenden Terrorismus gibt es den Staat gewordenen Terrorismus von Bagdadi, der zu einem anachronistischen neuen Kalifat führen soll. Die Rechtfertigung der Zerstörung uralter mesopotamischer Kulturgüter durch die Behauptung des „islamischen Staats“, es sei durch den Koran gerechtfertigt, kann zu einer internen Klärung des Islam durch moslemische Autoritäten führen. Von vielen möglichen komplexen Menschenrechtslagen werden Probleme in Afrika und China diskutiert. |
