Assignment to Modules

Further Information

Courses are together with exams the building blocks for modules. Please keep in mind that information on the contents, learning outcomes and, especially examination conditions are given on the module level only – see section "Assignment to Modules" above.

additional remarks Recently, there has been a considerable interest in the study of magnetic metamaterials from the application (for e.g. from a next generation hard-disk data storage perspective) as well as fundamental physics perspectives (such as study of artificial spin ice systems). This seminar series will help students to understand various aspects of research in magnetic metamaterials, for e.g., how magnetic metamaterial are prepared using nanofabrication techniques and can be studied using various experimental and simulation techniques. The instructor will introduce seminar topics to students and will also guide students in the preparation of the seminar topics. Instructor will also advice students in the preparation of seminar PowerPoint slides and oral presentation of a technical subject in a concise manner
