| additional remarks | Das Modul soll Studierenden einen Überblick über den rechtlichen und tatsächlichen Schutz von Unternehmensgeheimnissen verschaffen. Inhaltlich werden besprochen: - wirtschaftliche Bedeutung von Unternehmensgeheimnissen - Konzept des Geheimnisschutzes und Abgrenzung zu Rechten des geistigen Eigentums - Risikoschwerpunkte (HR, IT, Outsourcing, Kooperation usw.) - risk management (rechtlicher und tatsächlicher Schutz) - gerichtliche Durchsetzung des Geheimnisschutzes - Exportkontrolle und Situation in anderen Staaten |
