| additional remarks | Prof. Dr. Axel Stepken is Chairman of the Board of Management of TÜV SÜD AG. Focus of his lecture is the understanding of necessary pre-requisites and measures for the successful implementation of an internationalization strategy and the transformation in the context of digitization. Relevant market-driven growth drivers, corporate strategies, enterprise culture, concepts of complex organizations and leadership, the impact of digitization on the business model, to work-life balance, talent attraction and knowledge management, organization and IT landscape will be discussed. Prof. Dr. Stepken will openly share professional experiences with solving strategic and organizational problems, introduce the digitization and its impact on the international business operation. Through independent work with relevant literature, students acquire further fundamentals of strategy planning and implementation. |
