additional remarks | Dr. Axel Stepken is Chairman of the Board of Management of TÜV SÜD AG. Focus of his seminar is the understanding of necessary pre-requisites and measures for the successful implementation of an internationalization strategy. Relevant market driven growth drivers, corporate strategies, enterprise culture, concepts of complex organizations and leadership, efficient know-how management and innovation processes will be discussed. The sessions consist of class room presentations, various case studies, interactive group work exercises with practical background, as well as an excursion to the latest e-mobility test center of TÜV SÜD in Garching. It will give students a good insight in the real life of successful international companies. Dr. Stepken will openly share professional experiences with solving strategic and organizational problems. ACHTUNG: Ab dem Sommersemester 2015 wird es statt getrennter Klausuren für „Corporate Strategies for Internationalization“ und „Strategy in the Global Market Place“ nur noch eine Klausur für das Modul „Applied Strategy and Organization“ geben, in der die Inhalte beider Vorlesungen geprüft werden. Studierende, die: • bis einschließlich Wintersemester 2014-15 bereits erfolgreich an der Klausur „Strategy in the Global Market Place“ teilgenommen haben, können im Sommersemester 2015 die Klausur “Corporate Strategies for Internationalization“ schreiben. • bislang weder die Klausur „Corporate Strategies for Internationalization“ noch die Klausur „Strategy in the Global Market Place“ geschrieben und bestanden haben, können nur an der Klausur für das Modul „Applied Strategy and Organization“ (über beide Vorlesungen) teilnehmen. |
