| additional remarks | Um den vielfältigen Anforderungen im Studium und Beruf gerecht werden zu können, lohnt es, sich mit dieser Frage mental und körperlich auseinanderzusetzen. Unsere Körperhaltung bestimmt bewusst oder unbewusst unsere Wirkung nach außen und ist ein entscheidender Faktor für das Erreichen unserer Ziele. Sich und andere in verschiedenen Haltungen erleben, dies zu reflektieren und seinen eigenen Denk- und Verhaltensmustern auf die Spur zu kommen, ist ein erster Schritt zu einer erfolgreichen Haltung. Inhalte: - Wie (ver)halte ich mich erfolgreich? - Wie beeinflusst das Denken mein Handeln? - Was bedeutet Einfühlung in Rollen und Haltungen? - Wie entwickle ich eine souveräne Haltung durch Szenisches Spiel? |
