additional remarks	The Chairs of Data Science and Engineering (Faculty of Computer Science, Prof. Neumann), Product Development and Lightweight Construction (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Zimmermann), Entrepreneurship Research Institute (TUM School of Management, Prof. Patzelt) and UnternehemerTUM conduct a practice-oriented, interdisciplinary and competitive teaching format: Think. Make. Start. The content of the practical course offers its participants the opportunity to acquire practice-oriented knowledge about methods and their application, as well as rapid prototyping skills and fundamental aspects of business design in the form of full-day group appointments and to carry them out in a team. For this purpose, the participants of the course are first taught agile approaches and methodical basics for the successful handling of interdisciplinary, mechatronic development projects before they are applied in the team to the current phase of the project. The practical course focuses on the implementation phase of the ideas in the form of prototypes. In addition, the participants learn, among other things, how to develop and present a business concept that fits the product idea. The participants will be supported by experts and experienced coaches. The number of participants is limited. An application procedure takes place.
