additional remarks Target group: The Seminar addresses students and PhDs from all faculties of TU München. Seminar content: - 4 full days of entrepreneurial, technological and coaching skill training - 3 month of hands-on identifying and developing business ideas for newly emerging technologies, and coaching guidance in team development The main aim of E-Lab is to analyze, develop, and present market opportunities and business models for emerging technologies together with the teams, and at the same time reflect on and deepen the team development process. Main topics are: * Which use cases exist for a certain technology? * How big is the market (top-down- and bottom-up-analysis)? * What is the competitive situation? * Which IP means could be applied? * How does the value chain look like? * How to develop and test business models? * What is the Value Proposition? * What is the financial situation of the technological busines idea? * How does the value chain look like? * How to develop and test business models? * What is the Value Proposition? * What is the financial situation of the technological busines idea? * How to present the business idea and business model convincingly? * How to strengthen the team development process?
