| additional remarks | In dieser Einführung in das philosophische Denken wollen wir uns neben erkenntnistheoretischen Fragen (z.B. ist apriorische Erkenntnis möglich? Was ist Wahrheit, Falschheit und Irrtum? etc.) unter anderem mit folgenden Kardinalfragen wie "Was ist Philosophie und worin unterscheidet sie sich von anderen Disziplinen, wie Mathematik und Physik? Wo liegen die Grenzen philosophischer Erkenntnis? Wo liegt der Wert der Philosophie? " beschäftigen. Textgrundlage und zugleich Namensgeber des Seminars stellt eine der frühen Schriften ("Probleme der Philosophie") des englischen Philosophen und Nobelpreisträgers Bertrand Russell dar, in der der Versuch unternommen wird, die unmittelbare Erfahrung mit dem Weltbild der Physik zu vereinen. |
