additional remarks In dem Seminar werden spezielle Fragen zum Magnetismus von Nanostrukturen und niedrigdimensionalen Elektronensystemen in Halbleitern diskutiert. Die Fragen werden aus grundlagenphysikalischer Sicht sowie mittels analytischer und numerischer Computersimulationen behandelt. Im Rahmen des Seminars werden hierbei Aspekte der aktuellen Forschung an Halbleitersystemen und magnetischen Nanostrukturen aufgegriffen und vertieft. Die notwendigen Programmierkenntnisse werden vermittelt. Das vermittelte Wissen wird inhaltlich an verschiedenen Seminarterminen abgefragt und überprüft.
