| additional remarks | Dr. Axel Stepken is Chairman of the Board of Management of TÜV SÜD AG. Focus of his seminar is the understanding of necessary pre-requisites and measures for the successful implementation of an internationalization strategy. Relevant market driven growth drivers, corporate strategies, enterprise culture, concepts of complex organizations and leadership, efficient know-how management and innovation processes will be discussed. The sessions consist of class room presentations, various case studies, interactive group work exercises with practical background, as well as an excursion to the latest e-mobility test center of TÜV SÜD in Garching. It will give students a good insight in the real life of successful international companies. Dr. Stepken will openly share professional experiences with solving strategic and organizational problems. |
