additional remarks | In this module, students gain basic knowledge of Italian as a foreign language, enabling them with minimal language skills to successfully manage basic everyday situations, for example in a restaurant, in public transportation, during introductions, etc. Additionally, opportunities will be made available to effectively organize the process of learning Italian as a foreign language. Students learn/practice "communicative functions": to pose questions to others about themselves and their families and to answer similar questions; to understand and use numbers and prices; fundamental vocabulary concerning studying, careers, an average day, food and eating habits; and talking about their day-to-day activities in the present tense using simple sentences. Students will gain knowledge of requisite grammar. |
