additional remarks | In this advanced practical course, you will build digital workflows with the enterprise platform ServiceNow. You will be able to apply your knowledge to real business challenges by local DAX-companies. Companies across industries implement new digital business models to face the challenge of digital transformation. New business models require that companies rethink their organizational structure and processes along with underlying workflows. Digitizing workflows with tools such as the enterprise platform ServiceNow helps companies to optimize processes, remove siloes and integrate with relevant third-party systems or entire ecosystems. As a result, organizational structure and processes become more flexible, allowing companies to remain competitive despite fast-paced changes in their environment. In this virtual and interactive course, you will learn the basics of the enterprise software platform ServiceNow such as designing workflows, releasing the workflows in a native App for iOS or Android, and interacting with intelligent services that are available on the platform. You get the chance to apply that knowledge to real business challenges of local DAX-companies. You will be able to gain several official ServiceNow certificates during the course. In the first half of this course, you will get to know the enterprise software platform ServiceNow through virtual instructor-led and self-paced trainings. In the second half, you will form teams to work on the real business challenge. Virtual weekly Sprint Reviews with mentors from ServiceNow and the Chair for Information Systems will provide guidance. An intermediate and final presentation of the outcomes will give the teams the opportunity to get feedback from a real customer.
