additional remarks | The block course will introduce memristive devices for various future electronic applications. We will first cover basic principles of achieving a memristive effect and its possible applications. We will then give an in-depth introduction in the characteristics of memristive devices and how they are fabricated and characterized. The students will apply their knowledge by fabricating and measuring several memristive devices. This interdisciplinary course covers aspects of electrical engineering, physics and materials science. |
