|In the course of this lecture, Manfred Grundke, Managing Partner of the Knauf Group, a world leading manufacturer of construction materials with approx. 28,000 employees and € 7 bn in revenues, introduces the topic of strategy in a global competitive environment. Foci are, among others, strategy implementation in a global organizational context, the most challenging strategic decisions, which Manfred Grundke faced throughout his career, and the future of the building and construction industry. Through independent work with relevant literature, students acquire further fundamentals of strategy planning and implementation.
