additional remarks ITK is a premium development partner of the automotive, aerospace and several other industries. We develop systems and solutions for the challenges of the future. We want you to build a model of the intelligent crane of the future with us. The goal of the crane is to find and get objects autonomously and deliver them to a storage while avoiding obstacles. Therefore you´ll be given a modern and powerful embedded platform for autonomous driving, already set up with some sensors and actors. Your task will be to implement algorithms for the autonomous steering of the crane. You will complete the task in two agile teams with one project leader. The hardware team will be working with a cutting-edge embedded device running on ROS supporting CUDA (NVIDIA Jetson TX2). The software team will develop the algorithms for autonomously steering of the crane. A project leader will coordinate the two teams and monitor the status of the project. The crane will be developed by the agile method SCRUM. ITK is offering you a two-days training for SCRUM. With ITK you will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced professionals in the most interesting IT field of the near future. PRELIMINARY MEETING: 12:00pm to 1:30pm in room 00.11.038 on 12th July
