additional remarks This course is for students of engineering sciences and shall form a fundamental understanding of intellectual property. The aim of this course is to give an overview of the most important intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks and design patents. In particular, prosecution and litigation of a patent shall be discussed in detail.
