Courses are together with exams the building blocks for modules. Please keep in mind that information on the contents, learning outcomes and, especially examination conditions are given on the module level only – see section "Assignment to Modules" above.
additional remarks |
Participants contract to complete 30 hours of supplementary language work related to regular course work completed in English using Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) such as those found at: www.coursera.org, www.udacity.com or www.edx.org. Your first step is to find an online course in your field of studies and send a link to minning@zv.tum.de. Courses which are running live, rather than being archived have been shown to work better. Once your MOOC is approved, you will be asked to do summaries in English and you will get online feedback from our instructors, and in some cases, recommendations for supplementary readings and exercises. |
