| additional remarks | Wissenschaft ist systematisch gewonnenes und geordnetes Wissen. Aber was ist Wissenschaftstheorie? Wissenschaftstheorie (WT) erforscht nicht die Welt, sondern unser Wissen von der Welt. Sie ist eine Metadisziplin; das hat sie mit vielen philosophischen Disziplinen gemeinsam. Sie kümmert sich um Struktur und Methoden der Wissenschaft, also sowohl um "fertige" Wissenschaft als auch um Wissenschaft im Werden. Die Vorlesung soll Kernfragen der WT diskutieren und nach Möglichkeit auch beantworten: Was ist Wissenschaft? Welche Wissenschaften gibt es? Liefert die Wissenschaft sicheres Wissen? Welche Rolle spielt der Irrtum? Wie gehen Wissenschaftler vor und wie sollten sie vorgehen? Was sind Pseudowissenschaften? Braucht man überhaupt WT? |
