Business Processes, company strategy, logistics, products and their life cycle, load sharing and synchronization, importance of intellectual property rights and standards,patent management. Business opportunity scanning, market analysis, business plan, feasibility study. Product management, product strategy, portfolio, innovation management, controlling, liability. Product provisioning, contracts and their traps, market introduction, preparation of production. Project and people management, planning and controlling, human factors, culture specifics, risk management.Quality assurance, Q-model ISO9000, minimum quality costs, quality management system and its certification, total quality management, EFQM. Problems (Case studies) have to be solved and presented in the tutorial, compulsory for MSCE-students . |
