additional remarks The module is focussing on the experimental investigation of simple nanomechanical systems such as nanostring ormembrane resonators. It comprises the experimental characterization and, if possible, the fabrication of theunderlying nanomechanical sample, as well as the evaluation of the obtained measurement data, comparison withtheory or numerical simulation, and interpretation of the results.
