Further Information

Courses are together with exams the building blocks for modules. Please keep in mind that information on the contents, learning outcomes and, especially examination conditions are given on the module level only – see section "Assignment to Modules" above.

additional remarks The module is focussing on the experimental investigation of simple nanomechanical systems such as nanostring or membrane resonators. It comprises the experimental characterization and, if possible, the fabrication of the underlying nanomechanical sample, as well as the evaluation of the obtained measurement data, comparison with theory or numerical simulation, and interpretation of the results.
