Courses are together with exams the building blocks for modules. Please keep in mind that information on the contents, learning outcomes and, especially examination conditions are given on the module level only – see section "Assignment to Modules" above.

The class will consist of in-class peer group sessions as well as written essays which will be subject to a series of revision. The students will be expected to critically evaluate model essays as well as their own writing in order to produce a polished finished product, which will reflect the kinds of academic writing they will be expected to do during their studies. |
