| additional remarks | The course illustrates quality management and quality assurance according to the different phases of the product life cycle. A concrete product is observed on ist way through product planning and design, production preparation and production up to after sales services with respect to quality aspects. In addition, the lecture offers a profound insight into theory and practice of quality management systems including economical and legal aspects. The lecture is completed by practical lessons, workshops and industrial presentations. |
