additional remarks | Students gain basic knowledge of Russian as a foreign language with a general language orientation while taking into consideration intercultural and cultural aspects. Students learn/practice: to ask others about themselves and their families and answer similar questions; to describe their daily activities and express their wishes/needs regarding day-to-day matters. They practice using basic vocabulary concerning family, everyday life, and food in the present tense in simple sentence structures. The course will cover grammatical topics requisite for this level of mastery. Students learn strategies to effectively communicate in everday situations with minimal language skills and to enable a successful/positive introduction to the Russian language. |
