additional remarks The lecture "Industrial Management" presents a variety of techniques to cope not only with technical problems but also with economical and business aspects and aspects of human resources management. Detailed topics are introduction to industrial management, strategic business planning, introduction to industrial order processing, management of industrial order processing, development and design, operations scheduling, material disposal, operations control, cost and productivity accounting, business organisation, leadership and management principles, establishing of requirements and forms of payment and system of German labour law.
