|Please check the course homepage http://campar.in.tum.de/Chair/TeachingSs15CAMP2Lecture This class is complementary to IN2021 (Computer Aided Medical Procedures), but could also be taken independently. Here the mathematical models and computer science algorithms used in medical applications are described in detail. The class includes extensive exercises with Matlab. The content of the course are methods and algorithms for - segmentation of medical imaging data, - registration of inter/intra patient and inter/intra modality, - calibration and tracking of medical devices for medical augmented reality.
