Further Information
Courses are together with exams the building blocks for modules. Please keep in mind that information on the contents, learning outcomes and, especially examination conditions are given on the module level only – see section "Assignment to Modules" above.
additional remarks | In this lecture course, the Physical Chemistry of nano-scaled matter at the transition from atom to extended bulk is elaborated. Among the treated topics are: Cluster generation, fundamental size-dependent properties, experimental characterization (diffraction, spectroscopy, microscopy), elemental and heterogeneous clusters, supported clusters and their catalytic properties. |
