Ziel der Vorlesung ist es, die zellbiologischen Aspekte biotechnologischer Applikationen zu erläutern und Ansätze zur Aufklärung zellulärer Reaktionen vorzustellen.Beispiele für Vorlesungsthemen: Signaltransduktion - Analyse von Zellen - Zellkulturen - Rezeptor-Tracking- Krebs-/Stammzellen - In vitro-Differenzierung - Zell-Chips - Methoden des HTS/HCS - n-Hybrid-Systeme - Zellfreie Systeme - Synthetische Zellen Die Themen sind nicht fixiert. Einzelne Vorlesungsthemen werden in einem im Modul "Technische Zellbiologie" integrierten Seminar vertieft.
