Content
Grammar: classification of nouns by counting units; attributive verbs; directional verbs; use of verbs as subject, object, and attribute; interrogative particle for implied questions; adverbs to designate a course of action; sentence particles for modal changes; memorization of 200 new vocabularly words and their function in sentence construction; modification of sentence parts.
Learning Outcome
After completion of this module, students are able to provide more detailed, differentiated descriptions of situations; participate in conversations concerning everyday topics; to recognize and employ Chinese language structures; to describe more complex situations.
Preconditions
Passing grade in Elementary Chinese level 1 or equivalent knowledge.
