Courses, Learning and Teaching Methods and Literature

Courses and Schedule

Learning and Teaching Methods

Central to the lecture is 'learning by doing'. Students will be prepared for independent working and will be exposed to molecular biological calculations throughout the lecture. Handling that is essential to molecular biology will be demonstarted at live examples and will be practiced. The theoretical underlyings will be discussed throughout the demostrations.

Media

Chalk-Talk and power point presentations, work sheets

Literature

Molekularbiologische Methoden, Thomas Reinard, UTB

Stryer Biochemie, Springer
