Content, Learning Outcome and Preconditions
Content
Nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme an dem Modul sind die Studierenden in der Lage, selbstständig molekular biologisch zu arbeiten ("lerning by doing"). Hierzu gehören unter anderem:
-Umgang mit elementaren Materialien der molekularen Biologie
-Grundlagen der molekular-biologischen Arbeit mit DNS
-Grundlagen der DNS „Vervielfältigung“
-Schneiden, Ligieren, Transformation von DNS
-Schrittweise Einführung in die Klonierung eines Gens
-Design von Protein Konstrukte
-Protein Expression und Aufreinigung
-Grundlagen des Umgangs mit lebendigen Zellen und Zelltypen für molekular biologisches Arbeiten
Learning Outcome
Studenten sollen die grundlegenden Eingriffe der molekular-biologischen Arbeit und die theoretischen Zusammenhänge beherrschen.
Preconditions
No preconditions in addition to the requirements for the Master’s program in Physics.
