Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology Fundamentals and Methods (DNA, RNA, recombinant DNA, microbiological basis, "cloning" and other methods in molecular cell biology, computer approaches to molecular biology data management, molecular evolution)

Theoretical basis for laboratory work (cloning, recombinant expression of proteins, protein purification, etc.); understanding of working principles in molecular biology and biochemistry; selected in-depth subjects; deeper and wider knowledge of subjects introduced in module "biophysics" (0020);

Module Exam

Description of exams and course work

In an oral exam the learning outcome is tested using comprehension questions and sample problems.

In accordance with §12 (8) APSO the exam can be done as a written test. In this case the time duration is 60 minutes.

Exam Repetition

The exam may be repeated at the end of the semester.
