Content, Learning Outcome and Preconditions
- Field Theories at Finite Temperature (including QCD, electroweak and cosmological implications)
- Anomalies in Field Theories
- Operator Product Expansion
- Nonperturbative configuration and nonperturbative methods in Field Theory.
After having followed this course the student will be familiar with important topics in quantum field theory like
thermal field calculations, anomalies, operator product expansion.
the students should have had mandatorily QM1 and QM2, it is warmly suggested to have attended/studied QFT1.

Description of exams and course work
In an oral exam the learning outcome is tested using comprehension questions and sample problems.
In accordance with §12 (8) APSO the exam can be done as a written test. In this case the time duration is 60 minutes.
The exam may be repeated at the end of the semester.
