Content

Seminar talks by students about the application of neutrons in science and industry

Learning Outcome

After successful participation in the module the student can

1.) use the basic methods of literature retrieval

2.) condense their knowledge from scientific papers into a presentation

3.) obtain presentation skills

4.) has learned details about different methods and experiments in science and industry

Preconditions

Student is familiar with solid state physics

Module Exam

Description of exams and course work

In the course of the seminar each student individually prepares a talk on a topic of current research. Based on this talk the learning outcome is tested.
