Content, Learning Outcome and Preconditions
Content
- Projektive Geometrie: Homogene Koordinaten, reelle projektive Ebene, Transformationen, projektive Gerade über R und C, Cayley-Klein Ansatz zur Euklidischen Geometrie.
- Differentialgeometrie: Theorie ebener und räumlicher Kurven, Räumliche Flächentheorie, Krümmungs und Torsionsmaße, Gaussabbildung, Satz von Gauss Bonet.
- Kombinatorische Geometrie: Inzidenzsysteme, Matroide, Polytope, Seitenverband, Euler Charakteristik, geometrische Symmetriegruppen.
Insbesondere werden auch Querbezüge der einzelnen Themenbereiche dargestellt und dadurch ein ganzheitliches Bild des Faches Geometrie vermittelt. Großer Wert wird auch auf das Erlernen von Visualisierungsmöglichkeiten geometrischer Objekte gelegt.
