Content, Learning Outcome and Preconditions

Content

Drafting of contracts in IT projects and on the Internet:
The special technological requirements of IT projects require special legal and, to a certain extent, technological considerations and agreements in IT contracts. The areas of responsibility and the qualification of the contractual partners as well as planning security and resources, which decisively determine the contractual classification, are particularly important here. Topics such as contract typology for IT services, temporary employment, change management, general terms and conditions, test procedures and acceptance as well as questions of warranty, intellectual property rights and copyrights are dealt with.

Learning Outcome

Drafting of contracts in IT projects and on the Internet:
Participants know the basic concept of performance and contract, different contract typologies, temporary employment, as well as contents on change management and the law regulating the law of general terms and conditions (AGB-Gesetz). In addition, they are familiar with different test procedures and acceptance, warranty, intellectual property rights and copyrights.
