Learning Outcome

Learning and applying methods for structuring and organizing a thesis. Use of methods for scientific literature research. Overview of methods and tricks for a successful and convincing presentation of the work.

Basic knowledge & skills with using Powerpoint and/or Latex "beamer"

Module Exam

Description of exams and course work

An examination consisting of two components: Final lecture with handout (10 Minutes presentation & 5 Pages Handout) :
The application of the following learning outcomes is checked: Creation of a scientific presentation and a handout with suitable literature research. Application of the presentation techniques learned in the lecture.

Exam Repetition

The exam may be repeated at the end of the semester. There is a possibility to take the exam in the following semester.
