Einfuehrung in den gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und insbesondere das deutsche Patentsystem.Die Vorlesung vermittelt Grundkenntnisse im Hinblick auf Anmeldeerfordernisse, Prioritaet, Patentierungs-voraussetzungen, Pruefungsverfahren, Einspruch, Beschwerde, Durchsetzung und Wirkungen von Patenten

Learning Outcome

Nach der Teilnahme an der Modulveranstaltung ist der Studierende in der Lage, die patentrechtlichen Aspekte von Erfindungen zu bewerten.


Gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich. Englischkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich, aber hilfreich
