additional remarks | The workshop provides you with the necessary knowledge for the early stages of a project. By means of case studies and many concrete examples we will work out the basics of successful project acquisition and management together. Starting with the basics of B2B sales, you will learn how to best communicate the unique features of your company or services to potential customers. As an indispensable tool we will also show you how to pitch a project correctly and convince the potential customer with a good concept and an attractive offer. If you are working as a freelancer or in a start-up or even thinking about doing something yourself, this is the right place for you. We will bring a lot of experience from our founding phase into the workshop and use real experiences and projects as a basis for the workshop. Due to our interdisciplinary orientation, electrical engineering, computer science and mechanical engineering, we are able to react flexibly to unusual project situations. Since we founded the company ourselves as students, we have gained a lot of experience and learned a lot ourselves. We are therefore sensitive to many subtleties in acquisition and management. Attention spoilers: In our opinion, one of the success factors - communication. Here too, we can pass on a lot of practical knowledge to you. Day 1: First we lay the theoretical foundations. You will learn what belongs to a professional acquisition and an offer. With small examples from the Motius everyday life you can apply the knowledge directly. At the end of the day you will be given a real example as a task. Within one week you will write an offer for the project with a small team. Day 2: After you have presented your offer, you will receive detailed, individual feedback. Here you can take away Do's and Dont's for yourself and benefit from the experiences of others. Afterwards we will turn to the basics of the project setup (project plan, task and role allocation, project management). These will be worked out together in groups based on your project proposals. The workshop concludes with the evaluation of the results and with the "assignment" of one or more teams. |
