additional remarks Moderne Mikroskopische Verfahren sind oftmals Wegbereiter des wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisgewinns. Das Praktikum bietet die Möglichkeit durch eigene Experimente am Raster-Tunnel-Mikroskop, Raster-Kraft-Mikroskop oder Raster-Elektronen-Mikroskop die Funktionsweise, Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeiten aber auch Grenzen und Einschränkiungen der jeweiligen Mikroskopie kennenzulernen.
